1989 Jim and Lorraine O' Connor, parents of Christopher M. O' Connor (Class of 1985) at dedication of victory bell. Chris was a First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps where he lost his life in a helicopter crash in Korea on March 17, 1989. The victory bell was a tribute to Chris from fellow teammates and fraternity brothers. The inscription reads "Each time a touchdown is scored by Alma, Chris will be heard."
